个人简介:女,汉族,1980年出生,中共党员,博士,教授,博士生导师。
主要研究领域及代表性成果(限5项):
长期从事环境健康分析研究。安徽省“五一劳动奖章”、“皖江学者特聘教授”、安徽省杰出青年基金、教育部自然科学二等奖及安徽省自然科学二等奖。现已主持国家自然科学基金4项、安徽省自然科学基金3项等。近年来,以通讯或第一作者在Nat. Commun., Adv. Funct. Mater., Adv. Healthc. Mater., Anal. Chem., 等国际学术期刊发表学术论文50余篇,总SCI他引1500余次。

项目名称:分级孔径MOF-核酸体系的精确调控及水生环境抗性基因便携式荧光传感器的构筑
项目简介:鉴于环境抗性基因(AGRs)的环境健康威胁性及其存在体系复杂、丰度低等特点,发展可靠、简便、廉价的粘性末端触发链替换(TMSD)扩增技术为基础的AGRs高灵敏、便携式传感器十分重要。然而,由于TMSD常涉及多条DNA,在扩增过程中可能存在交叉反应及脱靶效应等。因此,本课题拟构造分级孔径MOFs(HPMOFs),以其孔道限制精确负载不同构象DNA探针(MDNA),创建TMSD精确运行为基础的AGRs的高灵敏、便携式传感平台,发展抗性基因高灵敏、便携式检测的新原理和新方法。
